I bought this frame along with two 50mm offset handles, and I’m completely blown away at the intensity and pump I get in my wrists and forearms when doing dropsets to failure on my lat pulldown machine, when I’m training on forearm day. Which for me is 3X a week with not only barbell and dumbbells but with Armsport handles that really help acomplish what I trying to do. I train for forearm hypertrophy nit arm wrestling.
