Here is a good handle where I feel a different connection to the fingers and wrists, just simply turning the handle over. I train forearms for hypertrophy, and I use this cone grip to really curl my hand and wrist as hard as I can and it really works wonders. I have 2 cones so I can also use it on my Armsport V handle ! Love it!💪
