I bought this specifically for its diameter 35mm. I do forearm hypertrophy training. I’m not an arm wrestler. This smaller size allows me to wrap my hand around the handle so when I release it I get a more longer range of motion vs. Using a 60mm or 50mm handle. Therefore making it more useful for my wrist/ forearm hypertrophy training program.
