Our payment system is based on PayPal, You can pay with your PayPal account or Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express)

Tracking information will be provided as soon as the package is packed, usually within 2-5 business days.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to shipping & tracking information.

We recommend to track the parcel again after 1-2 days.
Please note that it may take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

If your package has not arrived on time, please visit our Shipping page for more information.

After receiving the return, we will contact you and offer you 2 solutions:
1) Resend the package (Additional charges may apply)
2) Get a refund for the order.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Important note: Shipping cost will not be refunded
