I saw Coach Ray using this handle VOA on YT. I like to use it with my other handles for wrist/ forearm hypertrophy training. He's an arm wrestler. I am not. But he reviews handles, and when I saw him using this ,I knew I had to add this to my collection of training handles! He's got some good size forearms. When I watch YT videos and when someone is reviewing a product, as you see them using it, I watch for which muscle is being activated. Thatsone of the ways I determine if this product will benefit what I'm training for.
