I like using it doing drop sets and alternating handles using this one and then switch to either the cone grip or the ultra max! Keep the flexors and extensors confused! Although Im not an arm wrestler I  use these cable attachment handles for my forearm hypertrophy training.  And they serve me well.]]></description>
